Car runs really strong when the engine is not warmed up

So i have a 1988 firebird v6 2.8
When Cold started the car runs really strong and fast for a few minutes until engine is warmes up. After that it runs really slow and sluggish. Im talking 0-20 open throttle takes around 7 seconds. I dont know what to do or how to fix it. It seems i might have a heat problem or something? Thank you for your responses.

-Erick.
