piston to valve clearance
I am running a ZZ4 short block with trick flow heads. Now I only have a .015 inch head gasket and was gonna run a cam with maximum .503 lift. I think it will be ok, but you guys think my piston to valve clearance is fine?

duration normally plays a larger role than lift
I think car craft did a test on the ZZ4 motor with Comp cam solid roller. It had like 242 degrees duration at .050" and .560 lift... i think it was still using the stock ZZ4 pistons but valve clearance was near the lower limit.
