1989 305 v8 TB firebird, will turn over, won't start

Last week I finally went and got my firebird out of storage. Put the battery in her, turned the key, and VRRRM! Started like a champ after sitting all winter. So fast forward to present, after running the car all week, I park her for the night, next day she won't start. I can push the gas pedal while turning the car over and she seems like it is so close to firing but nothing ever catches.

I had a shop put a new fuel pump in last fall. I also checked both fuses under the dash for the fuel pump and ecm? Everything looked good. I also put two more gallons of fuel in the car just in case the gauges arnt work(they seem fine).
There used my obt1 reader and got a code 23, the other week. Code reads as either outside air sensor on manifold or the throttle position sensor(I dont be live this code will have anything to do with my current problem), just putting this out there for observation.
Just curious how she went from Running so well, to not even wanting to start. Any suggestions on where to start?
Thanks!

Sincerely. Blake

If you pulled a code 23 that's the IAT, and the IAT signal is used by the ECM to control spark timing and to delay EGR when the intake is air cold. It might have something to do w/ your issue.

Start with some engine basics. Do you have spark ? fuel pressure good ?
and are the injectors pulsing ? Either a visual or with a noid light hooked up.

I am going into town to pick up Noid light testers for the TBI. I will also look into fuel pressure test equipment. I will post with results late. Thanks for the responses!
