Its more then a miss The engine quits completely

I drive along and the engine shuts down , the tac goes to zero(engine still turning ,Not running) then it pops on again. Runs sweet for a few minutes then shuts down again. Total electrical loss. Well the tack and motor anyway. I'll drive it with everything turned on to see how total the electrical loss is . Any thoughts would be appreciated , thanks. 1987 350 camaro

So if the tach drops off then it isn't the ECM, That's a question.

Getting a coil today ,spark jump off the coil and it tested faulty, next will be the IGN module. Getting closer I think, Thanks for the response.
