what can cause the trouble codes 14 and 15 on a 86 305 4bbl ccc car ????

Both "14" and "15" are faults in the coolant temperature sensor. Is your's connected?

found problem

thanks Vader,

I found the problem after I posted, it seems the sensor was bad, I replaced it and all's fine now. I just wanted to ask before possibly spending money needlesly.
