High oil pressure? 91 formula 350 tpi
High oil pressure? 91 formula 350 tpi
The gauge is almost always at 60(max) I've seen people say this is normal and then I've seen other people say theirs sits around 30. Even at idle mine rarely lowers from 60. I'm not sure if this is something I should worry about? Everything looks fine when checking the oil. Car runs fine, but idles a little high.

I'd be surprised if there isn't something wrong with the oil pressure sender, then. That's pretty high for a 170k engine.

You can get a cheap mechanical gauge at most auto parts store to check the reading.
if it’s off that much start with the sender is more likely the sender than the gauge.
