TPI, electronic or vacuum advance?

Working on and 85 IROC TPI system here. I'm finding it hard to find info on which type of distributor came stock in my car? Currently there is a vacuum advance installed with no cap on it. But I believe I found the large 4 prong connector that should to to the electronic style. This car was handed to me half way put assembled and I'm trying to piece it back together. I'd rather stick with whatever came in it from the factory.

Re: TPI, electronic or vacuum advance?

It should have a flat four way connector.
the ecm controls the icm. RockAuto has the distributor or I have one in the classifieds.
the hei was used in 85-86 tpi f body and 85-91 vettes.
