Aluminum sumped fuel tank vent

Hey guys I got an aluminum sumped fuel tank and it has a -8an female fitting for the vent. Was reading up on venting fuel tanks and got a lot of conflicting information on what to do. Was wondering if anyone has the fuel tank I have and if not what you are doing for your tank in general. My factory tank with sending unit I just had the metal line coming out and down with a small little breather and didn’t have an issue but not sure if something else would be better or more suitable for my new tank. Thanks for the help.

If you're doing a track you may need some kind of roll over resistant vent valve to pass tech.

Was looking into roll over vent but was also wondering if they help with gas fumes when parked in a garage or not. Anyone have recommendations on venting tank and not having a gas fume issue while parked?
