Oil Cooler Sandwitch Mishap

Oil Cooler Sandwitch Mishap
So I installed a oil pressure gauge and while putting the sandwitch I heard a crack or snap then I got a few drips from the oil cooler. I took the sandwitch off I didn't see any cracks. Then when I put everything back on and started the car no oil pressure but alot of oil came from around the sandwitch. I took the sandwitch off and put the oil filter on it still had no oil pressure. Has anyone else had this problem ? Any suggestions ?

Everything is fine. Just freaked out.Took the oil cooler off cleaned it added more oil and everything is good .
