Code 33 91 LB9 stalling and idle issues

91 formula 305 tpi LB9 I had some rough idling issues and stalling after awhile of driving and I got a code 33 when my ses light came on. I checked the voltage on the middle wire on the map connector and it read 5volts. So that leaves vacuume and bad ecm but it has a new ecm. Where would I check for a vacuume leak? I'm stumped. Thanks for any answers!
