What does the LT1 have for a bottem end???

One piece rear main, cast nodular iron crank, forged powdered metal rods, and yes, the journal sizes are "standard" as compared to the older SBCs.

The harmonic balancer design is different, however, and the balancer designed for the crank and rods should probably stay with the crank and rods.
