Electrical issue

I have 1992 z28 with 5.7 350. Where should my grounds be grounded too? I'm having a lil gremlin issue and wanna make sure they are correctly placed.

Re: Electrical issue

Batt cable to block, or very large bracket very securely bolted to block

Smaller wire off of batt cable at batt end to piece below fender lip

Braid or batt-cable-sized wire from rear of pass side head to firewall

Doesn't hurt to add one from the block to the frame (bolts for both sides of a motor mount are good for this)

Misc ECM-related ground wire(s) to same place on back of pass side head (wires are black w/ white stripe)

Other misc ECM-related ground to somewhere near front of motor (more blk w/wht stripe; exact location varies somewhat by year etc.)

Misc other places all over the car; a couple under the dash, some near the headlights & taillights, etc.

Why do you think your "grounds" aren't correct? Have you messed with them? Tried to "improve" them, perhaps by hooking the main batt cable to the chassis, or something like that? What is the "issue"?

Re: Electrical issue

Well I figured out the issue was my distributor. Bushings were worn so it was causing timing to jump around a bit. I have had the car just under 2 years and was just going through steps to find problem and couldn't find no definite diagram anywhere. Thanks for the reply though. Grounds are pretty much where you said.
