Bad stumble

I have an 86camaro iroc z when u hit the gas it cuts out and stumbles sometimes it will pick up and other times it will stall I've put a tune up in it I've checked the timing changed fuel filter I sucked the old gas out put fresh non ethanol gas in it I put some injector cleaner to see if that would help the check engine light does go on and off when I bought the car the guy said he had the engine re done and he paid them to rebuild and install the engine and well let's just say it was another hack garage /machine shop at it's finest I have a feeling they cut something or just simply decided they want to put it back on I'm not sure what's causing this problem or what could me missing/not hooked up that could cause the problem any help I would really appreciate it's been driving me nuts for months now thanka

Re: Bad stumble

That's really hard to read with no punctuation but start at basics. Look for broken vacuum lines. What is the fuel pressure at? How do the plugs look? What is the timing and how did you check it? Look for bad connections on grounds, fusible links and sensors. Particularly the mass air flow sensor. Check the TPS and it's setting. Check injectors. Etc.
