Bloody cooling fans.

Hello from the UK. I`m having a problem finding the relay and the switch for the electric fans on my 1991 Trans Am. The manual tries to cover all third-gens in one book and does a pretty vague job of it. I`ve looked all around the radiator and cylinder heads and can`t seem to find them. Any help would be appreciated as the car is used every day. I need to go to London on 26 January so I`ve got to fix it soon. Many thanks.

The relay is on the firewall, between the master cylinder and the front left fender, next to the fuel pump relay.
The switch is on the passenger side cylinder head,
between cyl's 6 and 8.
Hope this helps.

I believe your SD cooling fan relays are on the firewall, next to the brake booster...you should see three..one for the fuel pump, the other two for primary and 2ndry cooling fans.
