Help! I have no brakes!

Hrm. This is what happened:
I was driving home at 2am and went to stop for a light. My brakes went mush. They barely slowed the vehicle. I blew the light and let it coast to a stop.

What I have done:
Since the brake system was working, i checked and saw the master cylinder down a bit. I refilled it, which didn't work. I figured that it had air in the system, since I can get some, however little, brakeing action. I bled the entire system, master cylinder and all. Still nothing. When I was bleeding it, I noticed something odd... When the peddle was getting tight, it never got 'rock hard'. Nor did it ever 'give a little' when the valve was opened.

What was done within the last 6 months:
I replaced brakepads on all 4 wheels 4 months ago. I also reran one of the small rubber hoses to the caliper (my friend helping tore it when they let the caliper hang).

Car:
'86 Camaro Z28 Engine LB9 Same brakes all around, so guess they are all disc (they all take pads and have the same calipers)

What can I do to get this thing road worthy again? I am without a car right now.

So you have pressure, the brake pedal is not mushy anymore?

How about the booster? Is it getting adequate vaccuum?

Booster is woking, and has a vaccum. The pedal got tighter (not fully tight) when pumped during bleeding, but when it was started again, it went out. Back to mush.

Sounds like you have a leak somewhere. I'd try bleeding again and check. Something inside the master cylinder could have broken possibly.
