Crank no start after head gasket job

Hey all, just reconnected my wiring harness after changing head gaskets and am having issuesHere is all I know:
The fuel pump is not priming when ign is on. Manually running it puts fuel to the rail just fine but the relay may not be working.
In addition, the CEL does not come on like it usually flashes when key is on.
I do not believe the injectors are cycling when the engine cranks. It cranks but does not start. Inline fuse is fine.
Any ideas?

Here's my idea;

You took the heads off and put them back on. You say the inline fuse is OK. The very next thought then becomes; Are you 100% sure you put back all the ground wires that bolt to the back of the heads ?

Those ground connections are VERY important to the functioning of the ECM , and are the next thing to check in your situation.....

Specifically, how did you test that fusible link?

And as pointed out above, recheck all ground connections.

I just used a multimeter on the fuse itself it's very possible that I missed a break in the wire itself. Will check head grounds today. I have a hunch that that's the issue as the head was painted, meaning maybe I am getting a poor connection. Or maybe I flat out missed a ground

Your welcome and I'm happy to have been able to help you.

Also, Thank You for the reply with your resolution of the problem! There are many posts that I provide an answer to and then never hear back from the person who asked for help. It's not a situation of looking for a pat on the head, by using the feedback from the person who had the problem I can help refine my answers for people asking similar questions in the future.
