Very loaded question - much to resolve before you start pulling things apart. Sometimes a visual check is good but if nothing shows:
Does the SES light come on? It should be steady when the ignition is "on" and the engine stopped. If not , there is an ECM issue and/or a blown fuse.
Terminal's B1/C16 , Orange Wires, must have 12V.
If the light does come on - best thing to do is ground the diagnostic terminal and note the code flashing. Jumper terminal "A" to "B". Code 12
should be the first to flash to indicate the ECM is working properly. It will flash 3 times followed by 'trouble' codes.
