Does Anyone Know Where I Can Find the 3/16 3/16 1/4 Vacuum Check Valve?

My vacuum check valve the one on the driver's side near the brake booster that has the one 1/4 line that runs to the passenger side plenum and two 3/16s broke. I put a t-connector in it's place but that didn't fix the problem. I've tried Googling for the part. There is a Doorman part that looks like it but aparently it's just a Y-connector with no check valve function (negative reviews on Amazon, Autozone, Advance and O'Reillys).

Does anyone know where to get a check valve to replace this?

Search part number 15733271, and you’ll see it pop up at multiple places online. I had to purchase one a couple years ago to fix my HVAC vent selection.
