Formula--20k miles, great condition, but 11 years old--what needs to be replaced?

My car is a 91 Formula WS6 with LB9, 5-speed, 3.42s, drum rear. The car had 16,000 miles when I bought it last September. I drove for 4,000 miles (1,000 was the drive from Michigan, where I bought it, back to Texas). The car was COMPLETELY stock and is in really good condition due to the fact that the original owner stored it in his garage most of the time.

I'm not driving the car now because I'm in the middle of doing headers and true dual exhaust, porting & siamesing plenum and runners, polishing same +base, K&N conical, Pro-5.0 shifter, leather wrapped steering wheel from earlier 3G firebird, console delete (this is posted on the body/interior board).

This is stupid, but I just thought of it--what stuff do I need to replace just because of age? Suggestions on specific/brand parts? (i.e., do I need to replace anything in the ignition--what?)

I am putting on new plugs and wires, changing oil (to synthetic), but what else? Should I change the tranny fluid? Rear end fluid?

Related: I plan to upgrade to BMR rear suspension, STB, Spohn SFCs, Hotchkis tie rod sleeves, polygraph swaybar bushings, endliks in March. Should I replace the A-arm bushings or upgrade to tubular? I want the car to really handle well.

Edit: I drained the coolant and will flush, refill before I drive it again.

dood that engine is almost brand spanking new!
Do a tune up, there may be some seals you need to change but i dont tihnk so, the car hasnt been driven lots so a lot of the wear and tear hasnt started to break it down..
I think it should be good.

especially if it was stored on blocks

OK
I wrote too much, but I was mostly wondering about ignition components, fluids, and how do I know when the motor and tranny mounts need to be replaced?

I'd change the hoses as well. Definately do a tranny fluid change. You're approaching the milage to change it anyways and since you're already doing other things just add that to do as well.

About the mounts, they should probably be fine. Take a look at them, and you'll be able to see whether the rubber is crushed and looks bad or not. I'd go ahead and change to poly bushings nyway though. That way you never hae to worry about it.
