Lean with bad exhaust smell

Hello Everyone. I'm new to the forum but have around here alot soaking in all the information you guys have to offer. Until now its always got me through whatever I was trying to do but it seems i'm kinda stuck.

Car is a 1991 Firebird Formula L98 with 179000km's on it. Car ran lean when I bought it but figured it just needed some tlc so I fired the parts cannon at it. I have replaced everything from the intake up including the fuel pump. When I first start it up it runs a little rough with some blue/white smoke but smoothens out after a couple mins. Taking off from a light causes blueish white smoke as well but seems to run well. It also has a slight stumble at idle in gear at a light. Exhaust has a strong smell but not rich, with alot of condensation.

I've been monitoring the data with a Snap On Solus Edge and the BLM has been at 150 sometimes pegged at 160 while INT goes to 128 once BLM settle but mostly at idle. On the highway it comes down to 135 to 140 but goes back to 150+ again once off the gas. I've searched everywhere for vacuum leaks but couldn't find any. Temp never goes over 195 but I've yet to really beat on it.

Other thing that richens it out a little is taking vacuum from regulator which causes it to come down to 145BLM. Fuel pressure is at 37psi with vacuum and 44psi without. I've driven around with a gauge on but don't see any pressure loss. Compression is between 130 and 140 across all cylinder on warm motor.

Here is a list of everything I replaced and work done,

AC Delco Plugs RT45 gap to 32 (plugs show lean when i remove them for inspection)
Delphi Distributor with AC Delco wires (old one was toast and rusted out inside)
New Delphi 22lb injectors (3 out of the old ones were dead)
New Delphi Fuel Pump with sock and filter
New non adjustable regulator
New AC Delco EGR and solenoid
180 thermostat and 185 fan switch and throttle body coolant bypass
Smog has been completely removed along with the cats
All the sensors have been replaced as well along with wiring checks.

The only thing I haven't done yet is the Cpu and the Engine. I get no codes unless i cause one on purpose and I've never seen a lean code which i find a bit odd.
If theres anything you guys can think of before i go into the motor I'd really appreciate it. I'm going the be building the motor in the future but i'd like to get it running good first before i do.

Thanks everyone

Re: Lean with bad exhaust smell

Blue smoke is usually oil. Most often it comes from valve guide seals.

Condensation is completely normal and inevitable. "Perfect" complete combustion produces 2 products: carbon dioxide, and water.
water.

Sounds like you did your compression test wrong. Probably didn't block the throttle wide open. Should be more near 180 - 200 or so.
