Can a malfunctioning PCM cause a no start

Read my codes and it says PCM malfunctioning two weeks later my car is having trouble starting and after testing the battery and alternator auto zone said I have a charging system failure

If the "Accord" in your user name refers to a Honda Accord, no one here is gonna be able to help you. This forum is only for 1982 / 1992 Pontiac Firebird and Chevy Camaro cars, with no other discussions of different makes & models allowed.

If it is a Honda, there's gotta be at least a few Honda forums out there, and if it IS a 82 / 92 Camaro or Firebird post up exactly what ya got .....
