Thia may seem like a crazy question, but my Dad had his 91 Z28 stolen the DAY he was found laying dead in his front yard in May 2021. His house had been ransacked and robbed. The thief got away with over $50k in my children's and my inheritance, she stole ALL of his titles, forged my Dad's name on them and withing 3 hours she had them all in her name and had trespassed on my Dad's private property to remove the ONLY car she had any interest in...the Camaro! She has every single cop on her side, she is their informant, so she gets away with EVERYTHING! Long story short, I reported all this to the sheriff, and the sheriff told me there is NOTHING they can do and that I need to hire a lawyer! Well I would have hired a lawyer if this bitch didn't steal over $20k in cash that dad had in his safe and wallet! This all happened May 2021, and to this day what this individual did to my children and I STILL and probably FOREVER will haunt me until I get answers! There is way more to the story,this person wasn't even a FRIEND of the family, she is a nobody to my family, shortly after my Dad was found dead she was going around bragging about how she had gotten away with murder and bragging and saying to everyone, "SEE I TOLD YOU THAT CAMARO WOULD BE MINE!" BUT THE COPS STILL DO NOTHING! Well,last June(2022) she sold the Camaro, I found out who she sold it to and I contacted him, however he wants to be paid for any info! He only told me that he traded it to another guy for a super rare Camaro,and that he paid $15k for my Camaro when he bought it from the murdering thief that stole it from my boys and I! The DOT in my state won't even help me! I am 40 years old, I am disabled,I have a right leg above knee amputation and other health problems,I live on $900/month in disability benefits,which BARELY cover my utility bills each month!
SO my question is this, is there anyone on here that can run a vin number for me so I can find out who the current owner is of MY CHILDREN'S AND MY CAMARO!? PLEASE!!! ANY AND ALL HELP IS GREATLY APPRECIATED! I HOPE AND PRAY Y'ALL CAN HELP ME!

That sounds like a tough situation, and one for your state DMV or Secretary of State's office to handle, possibly with the assistance of an attorney through your local legal advocate organization (many communities have such free legal assistance). It's not a technical/general engine topic, so it really doesn't fit here.
