LT1 cam or summit cam?

LT1 cam or summit cam?

i want something to help my top end a lot. im planning on going with vortec heads EVENTUALLY, but now its an LG4. also, when i get the heads im going with an edelbrock intake manifold with holley TBI-4 bbl adapter. so should i go with an LT1 or something from summit?

From what I have been told Summit cams are a little out of date. I'm not sure of the LT1 cam though.

After you know what exactly you have as far as engine parts give crane cams or any cam manufacturer a call and ask them which one of there cams would be best. Obviously a roller cam would be best but a solid lifter cam or hydraulic cam will probably be the most cost effective.
