MSD 5591 vs 8366, Small Cap Distributor

Hey guys, Corvette friend here asking about small cap distributors...

What is the difference between the MSD 5591 and the 8366? Is it just that one is billet and one is cast? The billet one presumably is "stiffer" or something and so gives more mechanically stable spark lol?

Any other small cap distributors to consider?

Thanks!

Just a guess the 5591 looks like cast aluminum vs billet. Probably has a different pu coil and bushings vs bearings for the shaft.
