Transmission: 700r4 in the sports coupe-turbo-350 with a 2500 stal in the berlinetta
Can i use lt4 hot cam in zz4 conversion?

Will the ecm be compatible.What if i stroke the zz4 to a 383 will
the ecm work?

What exactly are you asking?
From what I could understand you are tossing a ZZ4 in your car and want to use the LT4 hot cam. There should be no problems there...I even think you can order the engine with it installed. Are you going to run your carb? I dont see any computer problems as long as you use your distributer and keep your O2 sensor. If you were planning on running tpi you might run into computer problems because of the cam, but I even doubt that.

Maybe you could clarify your question

Personally I would stay away from the LT4 Hot cam, it just lacks too much on the low end. I would recomend TPIS's version of it, much broader power band with similar hp.

Would you rather pay $375 for the TPIS cam or pay $175 for the hot cam.

Yes the cam will work fine in your application.
