im curious if anyone has ever bought anf body car that has been in an accident, or has anyone ever gotten in an accident to the point where you had to have the frame pulled.

Im curious because i was hit on the drivers side left fender and it pushed the frame an 1 1/4 inches over.

if anyone has had this happen does your car still perform the same after the pull or will it maybe be more likely t vibrate or given a crappy ride.

this car was pretty tight not many shakes and rattles i am just curious if it will stay that way.

Yes. It happens all the time. If the car is bent back straight and any other damage (popped welds especially) is properly repaired, it will drive just fine.

 

I had an old guy back into my car on
8/2/01 he hit the gas instead of the
brakes. needless to say he bent
the frame.He hit me in the drivers door.
He pushed it on the curb bent the rear axle
broke the rear rim and broke a chunk of the
front rim.Can you say $10,896 in repairs.
Well it was 2 months before I got it back.
It rides just like it did when I bought it.
But make sure you take to a good repair
shop and not a dealer.I took my car to a place
that does alot of work on BMW's and Porche's
they're nationaly located.Maybe you should give
them a call.The name is (Collision Craft Carstar)
The do wonderful work.The # is (800 Carstar )

By the way the car is an 98 subaru Legacy GT.

 

im getting all my gm parts for wholesale i think it will turn out nice
to bad my car will be half primed and half purple with silver stripes
i will eventually paint all over again.

but look on the bright side at least im not driving a honda!!!
