350 tpi build

Looking for an honest estimate of what kinda power I'm gonna make. Its a 355 with Scat crank and rods, SpeedPro 12cc dish pistons, Dart 007 iron eagle heads (cc'd about 67/68 cc) with a nice tight quench making about 9.5/1 scp. Heads were bowl blended, valves deshrouded and mildly ported and polished. Stock lower intake was ported and polished. Can't find much in the way of large tube runners these days so I cut mine apart and welded in 1 3/4" mandrel bent aluminum tubing. Upper plenum mildly ported and port matched. Stock throttle body with air foil installed. Cam is Comp XR264 08-501-8 roller. 30 lb injectors. I have a 2002 express van 0411 ecm and harness. I am regretful for not building a 383 and still contemplating switching it out. I would be happy with 450 lbs torque. If you think I can get there with the 355 I'm gonna leave it alone. This is going in a truck not a race car so I'm all about the torque and not concerned with 5000+ rpm.

Also I am looking for somebody to help me with ecm programming and harness modifications.

Re: 350 tpi build

With that cam and a mostly stock TPI intake, I'd probably say about 300 to 320 hp. Probably about 350-370 ft lb.

Re: 350 tpi build

I based my build on a motertrend build. It was a 383 with extrude honed l98 aluminum heads, stock ported base, tpis runners and port matched upper plenum. They used the same cam and made well over 500 ft lbs. Even though I didn't do the 383 I gotta believe I'm gonna be over 350.
