Yes. LOTS of cars with LOTS more power than the L98 ever has, that put LOTS more abuse on their oil, have done just fine without one.

I can't see any advantage to dinosaur juice over synthetic in any possible application at any time for any reason. No I don't subscribe to any of the myths about synthetic, having been using it nearly exclusively since it was widely introduced, 40 or so years ago.
Dino juice may be "adequate", butt, ... it's 2025 now. We can do better. We know how to do better as a species.
