Any idea what this sound is?

Coming from near the pulley area does NOT sound like engine more like undercarriage by the bottom pulley
5.7 tpi 90k original miles

It kinda sounds like that crank pulley is about to break off or something making contact. Raise the front of the car up start it and crawl under there to see what it is
