Intermittent Fuel Pump Woes
Howdy,
For some reason I can't wrap my head around, my helper fuel pump on my '84 TA works like a champ on cold starts and open-loop, my fuel filter I added is always nearly full and ive got plenty of gas.... buuuuut when it finally warms up and goes into closed loop, it seemingly shuts off entirely and I can no longer hear it priming/running and my carb gets starved of fuel.
I was honestly thinking of tracing the wires from the relay and wiring in a switch onto the dash so that I could manually flip it on- but wiring scares me
Any place I should start looking first?
