ok well me and a few buddies were cruising down the highway i sped up to pass on of them. i got really far ahead and then we stopped at a rest stop. the person who i passed said my car threw out a hudge cloud of black smoke. he said the cloud was so thick he couldnt see me till he got threw it. this was a surprise cause my car didnt do anything out of the ordinary. I have been thinking about what it could be but im stumped. my tranny did go about 3 weeks later... could it be that or what. the car ran fine before after and during so i dont know. i want to find out is anything is wrong now so i can fix it during the winter and not have to work on my car during the summer. thanks a lot guys.

 

black smoke is partially burnt fuel... Probably needs a tune up
