The smell of fuel......possibly the fuel filler neck??
My 92 Camaro tends to smell like gasoline when I fill it up. I also suspect that it may leak gasoline. I know that it is NOT the gas cap. Could this be my fuel filler neck. Were most cars fuel filler necks replaced, by the dealer, from the recall? Also, how much does a dealer charge for the fuel filler neck?

It's very likely that your car has a problem with the filler neck. Almost 1/3 of 91-92 camaros were recalled for it. Interestingly enough, my 91 has the same problem, yet there is no recall on it, and they refuse to fix it. GM can kiss my @$$ on that one.
On my car when I look underneath it, up to the filler neck, I can see where gas has run down the underside of the gas tank.
