Whats up Guys... I was wondering if you thought that it would be a nice swap.... I've got a v6 automatic Firebird.... A guy that i know said he had an extra 350 if i wanted it.... Said it'd b like $100. Of course it'd have to be rebuilt and everything, but he says he has everything down to the valve covers. Only thing is the crank needs to be recut. Is it a good idea to buy that engine? I want to swap over my v6 to a 350. Lemme Know. Thanks

 

I was goning to pay a buck and a quater for a used 350 untill i found the brand new factory 305.....

 

I think you may want to check the Engine Swap Board. Most who have done the V6 to V8 swap think it's not cost effective and they tend to get into it for much more than planned.
