ok i have a 86 z28 with the stock 305 w/a rochchester 4bbl carb and the stock 700r4 transmission my question is have any of you had to replace the kick down cabel that run from teh passengers side of the transmission to the carb???? im going to replace it tomorrow and i was gonna see if there is anyway i can put it on w/out dropping the transmission if anyone has please let me know it would same ve a LOT of time droping the transmission 1in jus to ge to the bold thanx guys
