What Belongs here?

I have two wiring harnesses that connect to nothing under my passenger side interior plate (where it usually has performance suspension badge) What are these two harnesses supposed to connect to? Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have an 87 Formula 350. Can anyone help me with this?

They're for accessories your car doesn't have... ie rear defrost, power antenna, rear hatch release, etc... they're most likely for the relays.
