Will it fit under my stock hood??

i was wondering if my mods will fit under my stock hood.......
i have a 84TA with the cowl induction stock hood. i am putting a 355 in it, but i plan on putting on a new intake manifold. I dont know what intake im gonna go with...so far i havent found anything that is 50 states legal besided the Edelbrock Performer.(what else is there for a resonable price?) i just want a high rise with EGR that will give me a good flow. Will any of them fit under the stock hood, or will i need a new hood? im leaving the q jet carb on it, with the stock air cleaner if it makes a differance.
Thanks

Performer will fit. It's basically the same rise (within ½" or so) of a stock one. Flow is only marginally better than stock.

There are several Weiand (Holley) intakes that are 50-state legal.
