A couple of years ago in the summer , i was driving down the street with ac cranked all of a sudden this big cloud of smoke or somthing came out of my vents. What happened? an will it be an easy fix?

The system could have depresurized suddenly. That would cause condensationin the air from teh cold that looks like smoke. I take it the ac doesnt work anymore?

i dont remember any smell an no it dosent work. Id like to recharge the system but it would be a waste of time an money. t-tops are nice but ac nicer on those muggy days i miss it

Sounds like the system depressurized... most likely a leak. The best way to remidy this would be to take it to a service station and have them check for the leak... They sell color additives to find leaks in a/c systems but i think it has to be charged in addition to adding them
