Car cuts out at Traffic light

87 GTA 350 TPI ALL Stock.
Hi, I have posted before about my car's Idle problem. Your posts have been most helpful and my car is running better than before. But i still have one problem.
When I come to a complete with my foot on the brake the car cuts out within 5-10 secs.
When I am slowing down its fine but when I am completely stopped it dies. the Problem is worse when I put it in reverse. Could this have something to do with the brakes? I literally have to drive it like a manual. ( drop it in neutral everytime I stop )
I have changed some old vacuum lines, new TPS and exhaust manifold.
Thanks.
Prem
