valve guide clearance

What is the dimension from the bottom of the spring retainer to the top of the seal on an L98? I hope it's more than the .492" lift of the LT4 HOT cam.

you want i ithnk .050 clearance between the top of the guide and the retainer, .100 would be better

you mean .050 at full lift right? so how much gap is there when it's at zero lift? that number minus ~.050 should give me max lift right?
