Scat 9000 cranks

Scat advertises these cranks as being "neutrally balanced". What does that mean ? Does it mean I dont have to use a 400 balancer and flywheel ? I'm buying a whole rotating assembly for a 400 that has one of those cranks in it. The company says they are all balanced. but what I'm wondering is how they can do that w/out my balancer and flywheel on the crank !

I'm pretty sure that scat does their cranks to be internally balanced, so it you shouldn't have to use a 400 balancer and plate, but if in doubt call them. For that kinda money you want to make sure.

they are normally internally balanced for specifc rods

like 6". They have to balance up with less than about 1700 grams bobweight and they can use internal boltons.
