Residue in exhaust port.

I had to take off my headers today and I knoticed that on my #8 exhaust port i noticed some sort of residue. i dont know if it was oil or water. Everyother port was that dark grey look and the #8 hwas the same way all around but on the bottom it looked like oil. I pulled the plug and it looks a little oily but not bad. This all started after my recent head cam swap. I have about 30 minutes total in running this setup. I re tq the heads to 70 and they were all perfect. So now I am going to re tq the intake gasket on the back. Anybody have any other ideas?
