Your key ignition may be off but, the auto command supplies the power after the ignition switch in order for it to start the car without the key. It sounds like you have a constant 12V from the auto command or the car connected to one of the Ignition 1 or Ignition 2 wires on the car.

Yea, I dont know what the deal is with this thing, the wires are all jacked up because the previous owner hijacked all the wires for a alarm system and a stereo system. I just spent a good 4 hours soldering in new wires to the fuse box. I think its ok now but I disconected the acc wire just to be sure it wont run. It dident run the blower after I rewired the fuse box but better safe than sorry.
