How does this connect?? SSM SUSPENSION? ASAP please, im working on it now in the shop

Please reply asap guys.. this doesnt make any sense.. I got the SSM 82-92 camaro suspension kit, and I see the lower control arms, crossmember, driveshaft loop, subframe connectors and then i believe its the lift bars, how do they connect to the car? (JUST THE LIFT BARS) I see how the one end of the lift bar will connect to the crossmember, but i dont get how the other end will stay on the car, it looks like it will go under the axle tube, but there are no holes or mounting brackets??? its jegs part # 862-1316K and when you look at the picture, I cannot figure out how to connect the very left item on the pic, can you look at the pic and let me know if you know how it will connect? asap please.. im in the shop right now working on it.. thanks guys...

It must be welded to the axle, that's why it's cut in a curve shape.
