Fuel PSI problem

I just put on some SVo 24# injectors and a Holley AFPR on my car and I cannot get more than 30 psi out of them. (20 at idle with vacuum pluged in) I had been running very lean and I was hoping this would solve it and that it wasn't my fuel pump, but now I think it is. Anything I may be forgetting to check, and/or recomendations for relacement fuel pump brands?

Ps. I plan on getting a chip for the injectors asap.
