Apparently, you didn't email everyone, or did not allow ample time to get a response. I know Dirk has a life outside of TGO.

Give it a day or two, then try again. And getting confrontational and angry isn't going to help your position at all.

And in case you didn't know this was going to happen... Sorry, but this really isn't a technical item, but deserves a little more one-on-one communication.
