How do you get the (TPI) End Fuel rail fitting off?

I'm not to shure that it even comes off now that I look at it again

I'm talking about the fitting that goes directlly into the end of the fuel rail on the pass. side "incoming fuel"

Do the come out at all?

Thanks for any help
