1.85 ratio Roller Rockers ?

I was reading a GM HI Perf magazine last night and saw that the LS1 has 1.85 roller rockers available for hp upgrade.

Anyone know if these will work on a 3rd gen 305 or 350 ?

thx,
RP.

I don't think the new style ls1 rockers will work in an older engine. Even if it would, that high a ratio on rockers would be murder on the valvetrain. Pressures on the pushrod and pushrod side of the rocker are high with 1.7's, and I have heard of stress failures at that level. I wouldn't run anything over 1.7.
