oil filter mount

Hey guys, Does it matter which way the oil filter mount is installed in a 305? It seems to bolt in either way. Thanks for bein' here for people like me.

DAMN!!!

I can't remember how i installed my oil filter adapter onto my block but if it goes both ways & everything lines up perfectly both ways, then you have no problems.
