Any way to increase idle besides new chip??

Just wondering if there is any way to increase the idle on a TBI motor. After my car warms up it will idle around 600 rpm +- a bit. It gets to be a pain in the *** when i turn the heat on and the car almost dies on me, or when I have it in reverse and it does die on me.......so is there any way i can possibly change the idle besides having to have a new chip programmed??
