Trick flow heads/cam

Currently my car has slp 1 3/4 headers flowmaster cat back. Next i want to get slp runners, trick flow heads, and trick flow cam. And eventually i will get a intake base and port my plenum.

Out of these 2 heads and these cams what would be the best for what i have ??

Would this give me alot/decent amount of power ?
Is there anything else i should/have to buy for this
Is this going to be worth it or should i save my money ?
